Usage of sand maker:
This series of sand-making machine is suitable to crush and reshape the flexible, mid-hard and very hard materials. It is much more professional than other crushers in crushing hard and anti-abrasion materials such as carborundum, sintered bauxite, magnetite and so on. It is usually used as sand-making machine in the sand production line.
Working principle of sand maker:
The material enters into the sand-making machine via feed hopper. It will be divided into two parts by distributor: one part of the material enters high speed rotating impeller through the middle of distributor and was rapidly accelerated in impeller. The acceleration speed can achieve as hundreds of times as g
ravity acceleration, then the part material is thrown out from the three impeller runners in 60-70 meters/SEC. At first, they impact with some materials falling around which is received by the distributor. And they will go to a cavity vortex, is rebounded by material lining up to the top of the vortex cavity, and change the direction of movement to the deflection downward motion. Materials emitted from the impeller port form continuous materials. Such a material in the crushing cavity vortex is hit twice or more times, and grinded. The broken material is discharged through bottom port. In the process of breaking down materials, materials impact with each with, not keeping in touch with metal components, but directly contact, grind and crush with the material layer. Therefore, it reduces the pollution, prolongs the time of abrasion. Vortex’s self-circulation inside eliminates the dust pollution.
