Double impeller leaching tank is mainly composed of transmission equipment, vertical spindle, above impeller, below impeller and tank body.

     When the impeller begins to run in a clockwise direction, the blade immersed in ore pulp makes pulp begin to flow in axial direction and in the lowest place of tank, the pulp will keep fluid high speed. It will prompt the pulp to flow upward along tank around. In the same time, the pulp rotates revolve around axial and produce local vortex under the action of the damper, and then the air which goes into tank through hollow shaft bottom and upper join agent get mixed adequately. The adequately mixed will get a good leaching effect. That’s the result of best impeller ( be made of blade angle, curve and guide margin) having high flow efficiency. The pulp goes into tank continuously from the feeding port and the leaching ore pulp will discharge from overflow port continuously.
