If we want to get a long service life of rotary dryer,except the high quality of the rotary drum dryer,we should have a regular maintenance of the rotary drum dryer,and it's the basic work after we have bought the rotary drying machine.Then how should we maintain the drying plant?LIPU engineers wil give yous some tips as follows:

1.Checking the anchor bolts and other parts if loosened; 

2.Checking regularly whether the lubrication part is the lack of lubricating oil; 　　 

3. Check regularly whether the gear meshing situation is normal;　　 

4. Often recording the motor current changes, if found that current have abnormal change,the rotary dryer motor should be stopped and maintenance; 　　 

5. To find defects in time, and clean up the fault, in order to guarantee the normal operation of the rotary dryer, in addition to often maintain, should stop regularly and check the important parts connections (bearings, gears, carrier wheel etc), wear degree of friction surface, the shortcomings should be checked out for proper treatment, and detailed recorded, for reference when the equipment maintains.
