Categories and working principle of vibrating screen

   According to the structure and working principle of the screening machinery generally as follows: 
  (1) Fixed Screen
   The work part of the fixed screening depend on the material leaving material along the face sliding. Fixed grid screen is more of a concentrator application, generally used for pre-screening before the rough, broken or crushed. Its simple structure, easy fabrication. Does not consume power directly to unload the ore to the screen surface. The main disadvantage is the low productivity, the screening efficiency is low, generally only 50-60%. 
  (2) Roller Screen
   Face is constituted by a root of the horizontally scrolling axis, the shaft plate, fine material through the gap between rollers or plates. Chunk of material driven by the roller to the end of the move from the end of the discharge. The concentrator general rarely use this sieve. 
  (3) Cylinder Screen
   The working part of the cylinder-shaped, the entire sieve around the cylinder axis of rotation axis in normal circumstances downloading into the dip. To the material from one end of the cylinder into the fine-level material from the cylindrical working surface of the sieve through coarse material discharged from the other end of the cylinder. The concentrator rarely use it to make the screening equipment. 
  (4) planar motion screen
   The body is the one plane swing or vibration. Their flat trajectory into linear motion, circular motion, the elliptical motion and complex motion. Shaking screen and shaker in this category. Shaking screen crank linkage as the transmission components. Motor through a belt and pulley driven eccentric shaft rotation, by the connecting rod body for reciprocating movement along a certain direction. Shaking screen compared with the several sieve, higher productivity and screening efficiency. The disadvantage is the poor balance of power. Now the concentrator rarely use it, but replaced by a more rational structure shaker.
