Three methods to repair the crusher

Maintenance of the crusher can be divided into cycle, overhaul, repair, minor repairs. Repair time is not the same, see the following repair methods:

(1) minor repairs: It includes the primary swap device inspection and repair, high speed and gap discharge, worn liner U-turn or change. Local transmission repair, lubricate system and change lubricate oil. Minor repair is around 1-3 months period.

(2) repair: In addition to minor repairs, it also include change thrust plate, liner, bearing inspection and repair and so on. Repair cycle is in the normal 1-2 years.

(3) overhaul: In addition to the repair, it also include partial change or turning spindle axis and moving jaw, change or repair the quick wear parts. Overhaul cycle is usually 5 years.
