1. Abide by the related rules in General Operation Rules of casting equipment.
2. Check the cooling circuit system of babbit metal bearing bush and make sure it is unblocked; Pay attention to the function of the system to make sure it is normal. Any problem, notify the serviceman for repair.
3. Test run before using it for produce, and check the lubricate condition of babbit metal bearing bush, the transmission system (the electric motor, coupling, speed reducer), and the ball mill motion to make sure they are all normal.
4. The start order of the coupling system: induced & forced draft – ball mill – disk feeder. The order for stop is opposite: disk feeder – ball mill – induced & forced draft.
5. Stop the ball mill when the powder filter is abnormal and ask the serviceman for repair.
